100% Glera (known as Prosecco)

It is made with soft pressing (yield 70%), cold settling and fermentation with controlled temperature.

Martionotti-Charmat method.

Intense, fruity with ripe apple. Delicate scent of acacia flowers. Pleasant, light, fresh, soft. Taste the freshness and appealing to the residual sugar that harmonize beautifully. Dry and savory finish, good persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif or as a delightful complement with pasta and risotto dishes, white meat and seafood cuisine as well.
