It is made with soft pressing (yield 70%), cold settling and fermentation with controlled temperature.
Pale straw-yellow in colour, enhanced by a crystalclear, crisp, lingering beading that brings out the exquisitely-subtle pear, citrus, white-fleshed fruit and white-petaled flowers overtones to the full.
Recommended in combination with appetizers and dishes of sea or lake fish.
