100% Glera (know as Prosecco)

By hands in the first decade of September.

It is made with soft pressing (yield 70%), cold settling and fermentation with controlled temperature.

Martionotti-Charmat method.

Elegant with fresh notes of green apple, citrus shade and delicate aromas of white flowers. Very dry, fresh, light in body and balanced.

Excellent as an aperitif or as a delightful complement with pasta and risotto dishes, white meat and seafood cuisine as well.
