It is made with soft pressing (yield 70%), cold settling and fermentation with controlled temperature.

Martionotti-Charmat method.

Large and intense with typical fruity notes of apple and peach, and flowers like glycine and acacia. It is very dry, fresh, light in body and well-balanced.

Is perfect alone as an aperitif or as a delight full complement to appetizers such as prosciutto or mild cheeses.
